Surf & Sand
The annual Surf and Sand outing is held each year at Alki Beach. Start time is 10:00 AM but you better plan on an early arrival to get parking and to give yourself time to hunt the beach. There'll be two hunts for the adults and one for the kids. A potluck lunch will follow so bring your favorite dish to share. Entry fee is a wrapped prize for each adult and/or child participant (suggested value of $5). Also, there is a $5 entry fee for non-members. Come out and practice your beach detecting skills; the digging is easy. It will be a load of fun, so mark you calendars now!
