History
The Club was formed when a newspaper ad was placed in The Seattle Times asking persons interested in forming a Treasure Club to meet at the ABC Treasure Shack located in Seattle. In February of 1973 About 20 people showed up to the first meeting.
It was decided they needed a secretary and since Terri Conard was sitting at the counter and was the only one with a pencil she automatically became both the secretary and newsletter editor.
Discussion at the first meeting was mostly about if one of the members found a million dollars how would the money be divided up! It was also decided they needed a treasurer and Mike Wiley became the first club treasurer with everyone contributing 50 cents.
