2004 CTC Summer Picnic
Approximately 30 members enjoyed a great picnic at the Sipila's house on August 14. The day started off with guessing games, "plinko", and the most popular game "snake toss". (No snakes were actually used in this game). After a few games members enjoyed a mini hunt with lots of coins and tokens. A new twist was added to this hunt limiting the number of prize tokens to 4 maximum per person. The twist was once you found a token you had to leave the hunt field and redeem it for a number. After you picked a number you could go and hunt again. A lot of running back and forth took place and everyone found tokens. Tony Valente was the lucky winner of the 1/10 oz gold coin given away in the hunt. Once everyone had cooled down and relaxed dinner was ready. Once again members enjoyed a great pot luck! Dale Lewis was the lucky (?) winner of a nice walking cane and Marcia McCleary was the winner of the guessing game.
